Webinar: Introduction to the Carer Gateway

Marcela Moreno is the Coordinator Community Engagement and Volunteering at Wellways Carer Gateway. She is very passionate about supporting people in the community, particularly unpaid carers.
Marcela will be explaining the Carer Gateway support service funded by the Federal Government. Wellways Australia is the chosen service provider of Carer Gateway services throughout Queensland.
Services are free to access for anyone looking after a family member or friend with a disability, a medical condition, mental illness or someone who is frail aged and include:
• Counselling
• Peer support
• Planning and Practical Assistance
• Planned and Emergency Respite
• Online support
